PAYMENT
We only accept payments through Paypal, but you do NOT need a Paypal account to do this. When you check out, click the “pay by Paypal” option and you will be forwarded to a secure payment page. In the left hand corner it says “Don’t have a Paypal account?” and gives you the option to pay using your debit or credit card - you do not need to open a Paypal account. Enter your card details and you’ll be emailed a receipt. If you are paying in another currency, Paypal will convert the invoice from sterling to your local currency using the latest exchange rates.

SHIPPING
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll dispatch prints within 5 working days, and engraved pebbles within 10 working days (post takes approximately 2 more days, so you will have the pebble within 2 weeks of ordering.) If for any reason there is a delay, we will inform you by email.
UK SHIPPING
Your package will be posted first class - so should arrive the day or so after it is posted. This service cannot be tracked or guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Your package will be posted using international airmail, which unfortunately has no tracking. If you would like your order to have a tracking number, please let me know and I’ll email you the additional cost.
Shipping to Europe takes approximately 3-5 business days.
Shipping to the US takes approximately 7 business days.
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore etc takes approximately 7-10 business days.
*If you are ordering an item for a special occassion, please leave plenty of time as the timings above are only approximate and parcels can take longer.

Items are wrapped in tissue and packaged in bubble-lined jiffy envelopes with waterproof labels, or hard-backed envelopes.

PEBBLES
The pebbles are various sizes (on average about 7cm), in either GREY or WHITE. Please note this is a natural product, so pebbles will vary in size, colour, shape and texture. We think this is part of their charm as each one is unique, but please be aware that the photograph is an example only and your stone will be different. Shapes can be irregular and there are sometimes marks and fissures that occur naturally in the stone. I’ve sourced the stones from a quarry in the UK that specializes in landscaping and water features. As we engrave each pebble individually, the size of the text or image sometimes varies according to the size of pebble. Occasionally, when pebbles knock together, they leave small white marks on the surface - this is superficial and can be removed with a damp cloth. Because of the weight, the maximum amount of pebbles I ship together is 3. If you have ordered more than this, the pebbles will be sent in different packages to keep costs down.

DAMAGED GOODS & REFUNDS
Please contact us within 7 days if you are not happy with your purchase and we will try and supply a substitute or offer a refund. Every effort is made to make sure your goods arrive in perfect condition, please contact us if anything is damaged in transit.
