Christening Pebble

Your chosen words engraved into a natural stone pebble - choose a date (eg: 09.08.09), a name, or the weight of the new arrival (eg: 8lb 7oz). You can also have a pebble with engraving on both sides for £18.50. Please see our other listing. COLOURS
(there will be variations in colour and markings as this is a natural stone product)
GREY - plum-grey, L7-9cm - engraved with up to 10 characters*
WHITE - off-white, L6-7cm - engraved with up to 7 characters, or 8 if its a date eg 15.09.10* (*A Character includes letters, spaces or punctuation eg: M.J. & F.S. is 11 characters and too long!)
All letters are engraved as capitals.

DELIVERY - We engrave in 7-10 days. Delivery is by First Class Royal Mail which takes 1-2 days within the UK, so you will have your pebbles within 2 weeks of ordering.

Please note this is a natural product, so the pebbles are not perfect! They will vary in size, colour, shape and texture and imperfections can occur eg: small chips and fissures, mottling, colour blemishes and fine grey thread lines. We think this is part of their charm as each one is unique, but please be aware that the photograph is an example only and your stone will be different. The engraved type is designed to appear like a natural stamp in the stone, so the text is not enhanced by paint or ink. The stones look best when dispalyed in the light (such as a window sill) so the light enhances the engraving.

Items are wrapped in tissue and packaged in bubble-lined jiffy envelopes with waterproof labels.
