• Providing photos
• - To send us your photo, you can either upload your image when you order or email us at info@letterfest.com - to send more than one image please email.
• - Email us a weblink in customer message on checkout.
• - Find your house using Google Street View: Go to Google.com, click on maps, and enter your address. Click on Streetview (under "more"), and use the pointers to locate your house. When you have a good view, click "Print" which opens a new window and copy this link.

• - Illustrations are handrawn black & white drawings outlining the house - this is a simplified sketch not an exact copy. For more detail order our Detailed Portrait for £70.
• - If part of the house is obscured by a hedge/wall we will draw the hedge/wall, unless you provide a reference image.
• - We will NOT include cars, people, pets, or unattractive elements eg: satellites, bins, for sale signs etc.
• - The house is black & white, sky duck-egg blue, grass sage green, paths stone or grey, windows cream. Bright paintwork/doors or painted concrete will be coloured to match.

Handrawn illustration, coloured and digitally printed in a graphic, contemporary style with offset block colours on 200gsm acid free, fine grain artists paper. All prints supplied with a white, bevel-cut window mount.

Framing

Available framed or unframed. Framed prints in either a contemporary natural oak or matt white frame (width: 2cm, depth 1cm), they come complete with glass and mdf backing board, ready to hang. Landscape or portrait orientation. 2 drawings in double window mount, print area of each drawing 13x15cm. For more than 2 drawings print area up to 13x34cm. Frame 21x42cm.
