* St Cuthbert’s Hospice In Memory Garden

A few weeks ago, Lucy from St Cuthbert’s Hospice in Durham, contacted me to see if we could help with a new project they are starting. In early 2010 they plan to open an “In memory Garden” in the grounds of the Hospice. It will have a relaxing atmosphere with a central water feature and a circular walkway, providing a peaceful area to reflect on the life of a loved one. People can make a donation and receive one of our engraved pebbles with the name of their loved one inscribed. The pebble will then be placed in the water in a symbolic gesture. I’m really pleased t be able to help such a worth while charity, and hope that our pebbles, in a small way, help to remember loved ones in this lovely setting.
